Made from solid hardwood maple, this case is made to the highest standards using dovetailed reinforced corner joints, not only for strength and durability, but also for their unique beauty.
The back panel seals tightly to keep contents dust-free and is secured with screws. Add an inscription to the label on the back panel to identify the honoree. The poem "I Am Old Glory," written by Master Sergeant Percy Webb, USMC is also printed on the label. Added hardware allows mounting on the wall.
The beautiful, rich grain pattern is protected with a shellac and wax finish.
Made by a US Navy veteran. Each case is signed and dated and is sure to become a family heirloom.
Standard case includes double strength glass for durability, clarity, and scratch resistance.
Dimensions: 24 inches X 12 inches x 3-5/8 inches.
NOTE: The photos above show optional brass Plaque and hand carved letters. The photo of the back of the case is from a cherry flag case.
