Q:Do you do major remodeling or new construction?
A:No, I like to stay with the smaller projects.
Q:What is the largest boat you work on?
A:I prefer canoes, kayaks and small boats like rowing skiffs and small sail boats. I had a Cal 24 in the driveway for awhile, but my wife made me move it!
Q:Do you work on powerboats?
A:I'll work on WOOD power boats, but nothing else.
Q:Do you do roof repairs?
A:No, I'm too old, too fat, too stiff and I'm not very good at it.
Q:What is your lead time? How busy are you?
A:Usually 3-4 months. Very
Q:What is the neatness project you've worked on?
A:Big project: Bookcase with hidden door. Small Project: A hand carve rose mounted in a walnut turned vase, a gift for the wife on Valentines Day.
Q:Do you do electrical or plumbing?
A:Only the simple homeowner stuff, otherwise I hire it out.
Q:Is there something you seem to specialize in?
A:Yes! In wood working it's bookcases, in construction it's doors and in boats it's gunwale replacement.
